Shopping center seismic retrofit

Cornerstone engineered and constructed a seismic retrofit of the Circle Marina Shopping Center.

The project required working with a deputy inspector, City of Long Beach building department, operating tenants and the property owner to complete the project before the holiday season.

The project was completed ontime and within budget.
