Program Manager for Environmental Compliance Services

Mr. Talbot is the Program Manager for Cornerstone Technologies, Inc. (Cornerstone).  He has been with Cornerstone for 25 years, since its inception in 1991. He has over 25 years of diverse technical experience in project management, planning, development, design, environmental impact investigations, land use rights and entitlements, permitting, agency negotiations, facility decommissioning and closure, new facility upgrades, storm water pollution prevention investigations, plans, reports and management, facility audits and assessments, infrastructure repair, underground installations, and new building planning and development. Mr. Talbot is the patent holder for the SWR system, unique storm water and wastewater recycling system specifically for use in the transportation services industry.  Mr. Talbot’s specialty as a program manager is in managing principals, administrative staff, vendors, subcontractors, clients and agencies in fulfillment of the scope of services for each project in a timely manner with excellence and client needs always in mind. Prior to joining Cornerstone, he worked for Advanced Environmental Controls, and Harding Lawson as a project manager.

Mr. Talbot has been responsible for CTI’s repeat business over the years from large land development projects for developers, cities, attorneys, real estate and mortgage companies, banks, and international major manufacturing, chemical, energy and oil companies, and other Fortune 100 and 500 clients. As a consultant, Mr. Talbot represents the Wang Partnership of developers, one of the major land developers in Southern California of hotels, strip malls, restaurants, car washes, and other businesses.  He has worked for such well known developers such as Kaufman & Broad, the Archdiocese of San Bernardino, Grubb & Ellis, Lee and Associates and cities in southern California cleaning up Brownfields and redeveloping land for shopping centers, new facilities, colleges, schools, banks, and infrastructure developments. His specialty in permitting, agency negotiations, code compliance, plans to mitigate environmental issues with fast-track solutions, and wastewater solutions has assisted companies in avoiding fines and potential litigation. In addition to this wide technical expertise, Mr. Talbot has managed projects and assisted with engineering analysis, industrial compliance and new facility upgrade installations.
