Mr. Andrien is a Senior Project Manager for CTI Environmental, Inc. He is a general real estate expert and has over 20 years of diverse experience in various professional areas of real estate property a few of which are Construction, Appraisal, Finance, Remediation, Management, Land Use Rights and Entitlements, Planning and Development.

He is responsible for client development, proposals, client contacts, project management, research and report writing, field operations, vendor control, project communications, interface with clients, subcontractors, and manages his own projects involving land development, restoration and compliance actions.
