RWQCB GROUNDWATER WELL MONITORING PROGRAMS: Situation Cornerstone worked with the City of Montebello to obtain closure on a fuel release from their municipal yard.Solution To confirm the site closure, Cornerstone prepared work plans and obtained the correct approvals from the Regional Water Quality Control Board Los Angeles.Cornerstone installed the additional groundwater monitoring wells and submitted quarterly reports to the agency over the course of a year.
