Environmental Consultant

Ms. Chen is a key player in Cornerstone Technologies, Inc.´s Environmental Consulting Division. As an Environmental Consultant, Ms. Chen is responsible for researching and writing Environmental Site Assessment Reports (Phase I and Phase II ESA), drafting proposals, Workplans, AutoCad (site drawings), and Closure Reports.

She is experienced in constructing and finalizing Oil Spill Contingency Reports (OSCP), Spill Prevention Countermeasure and Containment Reports (SPCC), Hazardous Materials Security Plans, Hazardous Waste Source Reduction Evaluation Review and Plans (SB-14), Injury and Illness Prevention Plans (IIPP), Industrial Wastewater Self Monitoring Reports and Surcharge Statements, Site Specific Safety Training Programs with Hazardous Communications Program, Operations and Maintenance Plans, and Environmental Audit Reports.

Ms. Chen works directly with the clients and also has field experience with Site Inspections, Storm Water Sampling, and Soil Boring samples. She is also responsible for communications and negotiations with agencies like the Department of Fish and Game, OSPR, Costal Commissions, DTSC, LA County Sanitation District, CAL/OSHA, RWQCB and other regulatory agencies.

In addition to the Environmental Division of Cornerstone, Ms. Chen also plays a quintessential role with marketing and the promotion of the company. She is directly linked with the development and expansion of the Marketing Division in creating and executing marketing tools and strategy.
