Cornerstone bid and won a sewer installation project with California State University at Los Angeles. The project involved meeting project specifications, working with the onsite construction manager and coordinating construction activities around an operating campus. ABOVEGROUND WASH PAD & WASTEWATER OIL SEPARATOR
Cornerstone engineered, permitted and constructed an aboveground wash pad system capable of removing both solids and petroleum hydrocarbons from the washing of industrial concrete pumpers.
The project involved design, permitting with the Los Angeles County Sanitation District as well as construction of the pad, sump, piping and treatment unit system.

Cornerstone contracted with Toyota Logistic Services to design and construct a high volume completely above ground gasoline fueling system.
Cornerstone coordinated with the City of Long Beach, Port of Long Beach, Long Beach Fire Department, SCAQMD, CARB and Toyota´s construction management team to complete a successful project.
The system fuels up to 3,000 vehicles per day.
